Effective Date: January 2025

By enrolling your child at Kiddies Hive Educare, you (the parent/guardian) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Enrolment & Admission

• Admission is subject to availability and completion of the required registration forms.

• All information provided must be accurate and updated when necessary.

• Kiddies Hive reserves the right to accept or decline enrolment applications.

2. School Hours

• Half Day: 07h00 – 12h30 (Mon–Fri).

• Full Day: 07h00 – 17h00 (Mon–Thu), 07h00 – 16h00 (Fri).

• Children must be collected promptly. Late collections may incur additional fees.

3. Fees & Payments

• Fees are payable monthly in advance, by the 1st of each month.

• Late payments may result in penalties or suspension of services.

• All fees are non-refundable, including in cases of absenteeism, illness, or holidays.

4. Absences, Illness & Health

• Parents must notify the school of any absences.

• Children with contagious illnesses must stay home until cleared by a doctor.

• The school reserves the right to request medical certificates when needed.

• In emergencies, we will contact parents immediately. If unavailable, the school may seek medical assistance at the parent’s cost.

5. Meals & Nutrition

• Parents must inform the school of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

• Lunch/snacks provided by the school (if applicable) follow healthy guidelines.

6. Safety & Conduct

• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children arrive and are collected safely.

• The school maintains a safe and supervised environment, but cannot be held liable for accidents beyond reasonable care.

• Children and parents are expected to show respect to staff, peers, and property.

7. Communication

• Kiddies Hive will communicate through newsletters, WhatsApp groups, or email.

• Parents must ensure they provide up-to-date contact details.

8. Photos & Media

• By default, photos/videos may be taken for educational purposes or school activities.

• Public use (website, social media, marketing) requires signed parental consent.

9. Termination of Enrolment

• One calendar month’s written notice is required for withdrawal.

• Kiddies Hive reserves the right to terminate enrolment for repeated non-payment, misconduct, or breach of policies.

10. General

• Kiddies Hive may update these Terms & Conditions as necessary.

• Parents/guardians will be notified of any major changes.
